Professional Standards
- All promotional materials in the press kit are available for use and editing by promoters
- Press photos and visual renders require proper photo credits and artist pages (VJ, DJ, Photographer, etc.) must be tagged
- AI-generated promotional graphics are NOT permitted - all flyers, posters, and promotional artwork must be human made
- Set times and visual setup requirements must be confirmed in advance
- Load-in and technical setup time required (minimum 120 minutes before performance)
- Performance timeslots and visual cues should be clearly communicated to artist and technical crew
- Stage or structure design & assets should be provided well in advance for technical preparation
- Event and Artist Assets (Logos, etc.) should be properly distributed prior to the event
- Event group chat/coordination preferred for artist, promoter, and technical communication
Technical Requirements
Preferred Setup
- High-resolution projector(s) or LED wall (minimum 1920x1080, 4K preferred)
- Dedicated line in from DJ mixer or FOH (3.5mm, XLR, or RCA)
- HDMI output connection to projection system (Additional outputs: USB-C/Thunderbolt)
- Dedicated table/booth space for VJ equipment (minimum 4ft x 2ft)
- Power supply with surge protection (1 outlet)
- Technical setup and soundcheck time (1-2 hours before performance)
- Direct communication with technical crew and lighting operator
Minimum Requirements
- Projector or display system (minimum 1920x1080 resolution) - venue-provided or Signal can provide projector for art installs and shows
- Audio feed access from DJ mixer or house sound system
- HDMI connection to projection/display system
- Dedicated space for VJ equipment (laptop, MIDI controller, and projector if Signal-provided)
- Power supply (1 outlet minimum, 2 outlets if Signal provides projector)
- Setup time (1-2 hours before performance for equipment setup and testing)
